There has been a problem with the email address link on this page. The contact email address was changed because of the amount of spam we were receiving. Unfortunately I forgot to change it here so we have not been receiving guest book comments. This hads now been fixed so wee look forward to future comments. (6 July 2007)

I
was trying to find out details of starting up a bowling club
and can only commend Vale of Leven Bowling Club for their
prompt and helpful response. You can tell by just entering
their website that you are going to come away a very satisfied
customer.
I only hope I get the chance to come down and try
out the Green first hand.

What
a great website Leven Vale Bowling Club! I'm emailing from
Australia, from the shores of the East Gippsland Lakes in the
State of Victoria. A keen bowler for ten years, I'm very impressed
with the thought and presentation that have gone into your
site and the associated links...you are to be congratulated.
Interestingly, there is a place called Leven Gorge in our most
southern island State of Tasmania ....and after visiting beautiful
Scotland last year ....I know why it was called that. It's
a magical place. Keep up the good work and please keep in touch.
At the moment I'm searching for articles to compile a world
history of the game of bowls which takes me into websites worldwide.
All the best.... yours in bowling....Judy O'Connor / Paynesville

Excellent
web site. Easy to navigate and very informative. I just
dropped in to see what is going on in other parts of the
world. Funny the things you do when the green is covered
with snow. Jerry McCluskey New Brunswick Canada |
Must be the best bowling club site in the country. Great
work Brian, there's only one thing though - THE BIG GREEN !!! Mike

Brian,
I
have just checked out the website, having been given the
address by my Dad, so even when I am here in Hampshire (England)
I can keep an eye on what is happening in the Vale club!
Great website, Fiona McGeachie (Jim Tennent's daughter) |

Brian,
A great web site, very
creative containing great historical data, will be informative
for next years and future years club and associated competitions.
Great to see photographs of old and current members where
you can see someone and put a name to the face, also would
be an ideal opportunity to keep in touch with friends from
other clubs throughout the country. Keep updating a brilliant
web site. Regards Ian Robb (Member)
