Sorry, I have had to remove the videos from the website as I have just received
a bandwidth bill for £48.11 for the last two weeks. It looks as though
some other sites have been linking to the page and I am getting charged for the

available on the bowling stats page for anyone who is interested.
The players' rankings have also been updated on the bowling
statistics page but please
note that these are on a spreadsheet that has been password
protected. The password is available on request to members and other valid,
interested parties.

Alan Bruce is our new champion after a thrilling
game in which he came out on top by 21 shots to 13 over John Cameron.
Congratulations to Alan and commiserations to John. As far as I
can make out it seems that young Alan is the youngest ever champion
at 22 years of age. Can anyone confirm this?

Changes to the rules regarding the acceptance of membership proposals have recently been introduced. As of now membership proposal forms will be available from behind the bar. These can be submitted at any time after being completed and signed by the applicant, his proposer and seconder. The committee will inform you when the interviews are to be held.

I recently came across what looks like a promising bowlers discussion forum. I have not had time to join up yet so if any of you join let me know if it's any good. It seems to have a couple of internationalists and ex internationalists as members so it could be quite interesting talking to them.

The Lennox Trophy will be presented to the club
on Friday evening. (The usual dinner and presentation has had to
be cancelled due to lack of interest from the other clubs.) All of
those who participated in the Lennox trophy matches are invited to
attend to be presented with their badges.

clubhouse at 19.30 on 14 February 2005. Full attendance is requested.
The membership ballot will be held in the lounge on Sunday 30 January
at 13.00 when 10 new members will be drawn from the list of 26
successful applicants.
